Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking a creative and dynamic Head Bartender to join our team and become part of something special. You will oversee the bar, craft exquisite cocktails, and ensure guests receive outstanding service.

You will train junior bar staff, work under pressure, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive environment. We offer competitive pay, a guaranteed 20 hours minimum contract, staff discounts, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Confident in preparing cocktails and spirits to high standards.
• Able to work under pressure and inspire junior staff.

Responsibilities
