Royal Lancaster London is seeking a passionate Head Bartender – The Park Lounge to lead the bar team and deliver five-star service. You will own the cocktail and spirit programme, drive revenue, and uphold standards across the Food and Beverage Department.

Join a supportive, development-focused team with an immediate start and a permanent role, based near Lancaster Gate. All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the bar, always ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Support the Outlet Manager in achieving AA, LQA, Preferred Hotels and company service standards.
• Deputize the Outlet Manager in their absence, leading both the service and bar team
• Own and develop the cocktail and spirit programme for the outlet.
• Drive beverage revenue and profitability through effective upselling programs and product recommendations.
• You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
