Job summary

The Landmark London Hotel is seeking a Bartender for our Champagne Bar in London on a permanent, full-time basis. You will work a 40-hour week on a shift rota, delivering five-star service and memorable moments for guests in a vibrant environment.

All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK. Annual earnings are up to £38,000 (base salary £27,552.63 plus non-contractual tronc). Start date is immediate for a welcoming team that values growth.

Responsibilities

• To be fully conversant with every cocktail (with their garnish), hot & cold beverage served in the Outlet (according to the Pick Up Chart).
• To participate in food and beverage training and Master classes to ensure up-to-date knowledge of product.
• To offer guests suggestions of cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages and to provide a detailed explanation of each when taking the order and serving.
• To be knowledgeable about allergens present in dishes and drinks and to know where to find information.
• To prepare and keep bar stations fully stocked for each service period.

We are currently looking for a passionate Bartender,
to join our Champagne Bar on a permanent basis, with an immediate
start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our

As a Bartender, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• To be fully conversant with every cocktail (with their garnish), hot
  & cold beverage served in the Outlet (according to the description on the
  Pick Up Chart).
• To participate in food and beverage training and Master classes to
  ensure up to date knowledge of product.
• To offer guests suggestions of the cocktails, wines, beers and other
  beverages and to provide a detailed explanation of each of them when taking the
  order and serving
• To be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in
  the dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant and to know where to find all
  the information before enquiring help from Outlet’s Supervisor or Manager on
  duty.
• To prepare and keep bar stations fully stocked for each service period.
