Job summary

Hawksmoor in Edinburgh is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the bar team, creating exceptional drinks and memorable guest experiences. You will set standards, train staff and collaborate with managers on menus and seasonal specials.

With strong, cocktail-led bartending experience and natural leadership, you will drive guest satisfaction, uphold quality and help grow the bar’s reputation in a vibrant hospitality setting.
