Job summary

Hawksmoor Edinburgh is seeking a Bartender to join our busy, award-winning bar team. You’ll prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks to Hawksmoor standards, delivering engaging, knowledgeable and friendly service at the bar.

You’ll keep the bar stocked, clean and well organized, and work closely with the floor team to ensure seamless guest experiences while learning and developing your cocktail and spirits knowledge.
