Job summary

Hawksmoor in London is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the bar team, create exceptional drinks and guest experiences.

You will train staff, maintain bar standards, stock and cleanliness, and collaborate with management on menus and seasonal specials. This role offers progression toward Bar Management in a dynamic hospitality environment.
