Job summary

Baxter Storey is seeking an experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee offer and create an outstanding customer experience from the first cup to the last.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leading the coffee bar and setting the standard for service.
• Preparing and serving excellent-quality beverages.
• Coaching and supporting team members.
• Keeping the coffee area clean, stocked and beautifully presented.
• Managing stock, displays and service flow.
• Handling tills and cash accurately.
• Supporting the wider team and daily operation.
• Act as the on‑shift lead, modelling best practice and supporting colleagues.
• Conduct weekly stock takes for coffee, syrups, milk, disposables, and equipment.
• Manage ordering levels to ensure availability while minimising waste.
• Track usage trends and report to the Restaurant Manager.
