Candidate Profile
As Head Baker, you will oversee the night production of all bakery items and breads. You will collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and ensure quality and consistency.You will assist in managing the operation, including stock control, budgetary management, and health and safety.Your role involves leading by example, inspiring your team through training and setting high standards of excellence.note this is a 24 hour kitchen operation.
