Job summary

Hull College is seeking an HE Lecturer in FD Aesthetics to teach and inspire learners across the faculty. The role is 17.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, offering a salary band of £26,772 to £40,052 FTE per annum (actual salary £13,386–£20,026 per annum).

Qualifications

• You will be an experienced and credible education professional with subject expertise.
• Cert. Ed/PGCE or willingness to work towards.
• GCSE Maths and English achieved or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality teaching and learning, with stretch and engagement for diverse learners.
• Plan, prepare and update teaching documentation including schemes of work and lesson plans.
• Coordinate course activities to meet curriculum targets and participate in assessment.
• Lead academic tutorials and support curriculum quality assurance processes.
• Contribute to recruitment, events and open days.
