Protocol, in partnership with a leading FE College in Hull, is seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Early Years to inspire learners and deliver high-quality teaching across Early Years and Childcare programmes.

The role requires relevant qualifications, teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one, with experience in FE/HE or vocational settings, and a commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and learner progression. Immediate start available.

Formación

• Relevant qualification in Early Years, Childcare, Education or related subject.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent) or willingness to work towards one.
• Experience delivering education within FE, HE or vocational setting.
• Strong industry knowledge of Early Years education and childcare practice.
• Excellent communication and learner engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching across Early Years and Childcare programmes.
• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in line with curriculum requirements.
• Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback to support progress.
• Support students to achieve qualifications and progression goals.
• Monitor learner attendance, achievement and overall development.
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion throughout teaching and learning.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional or Lecturer to inspire the next generation of childcare practitioners, delivering high-quality teaching and supporting learners to achieve their career ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching across Early Years and Childcare programmes.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience delivering CACHE, NCFE, T Level or Higher Education programmes.
• Previous industry experience within nurseries, schools or children's settings.
• Assessing and/or Internal Quality Assurance qualifications.
