Job summary

Yeovil College is seeking an experienced Higher Education and Adult Learning Manager to lead our provision, enhance the learner experience and drive growth, quality and continuous improvement. You will provide operational leadership across HE and Adult provision, ensuring learners receive an outstanding, inclusive experience from recruitment through to progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-16 education, ideally within a college-based HE environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, widening participation, safeguarding and student support.
• Ability to use data and student feedback to improve attendance, retention, achievement, progression and learner outcomes.
• Experience of leading and developing people and managing multiple priorities.
• A relevant degree, diploma or equivalent qualification, Level 2 English and Maths, and strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
