Job summary

SkyCare Ltd in Leeds is hiring a Care Assistant to deliver high-quality care, support residents and maintain dignity. Reporting to the Care Home Manager, you'll apply supervising and leadership skills to oversee care plans and daily activities.

You will work closely with residents, families and team members, uphold health and safety standards, use IT systems for records, and drive to locations for activities. A DBS check and references are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Care is desirable.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience/qualification in Safe Handling of Medicines is a plus.
• Right to work without company assistance.

As a Care Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Your premium skills in senior care and driving will enhance the overall care experience, while relevant IT skills will aid in maintaining accurate records and facilitating effective communication within the team. Responsibilities

Previous experience of working with the relevant Service User group NVQ Level 2 in Care is desirable Previous experience in a similar role Experience/Qualification in the Safe Handling of Medicines is a plus
