Role - Hazardous Material Technician - Waste Water / Sewage
Location: Milton Keynes
Employment: Full time 37 hours per week and contract will last for up to 6 months
Hourly Rate: £12.50 - £16.00 per hour depending on experience
Essential: Driver's license and own vehicle

My client is a household name that has a temporary assignment available that will last for up to 6 months based from Milton Keynes. The position of Hazardous Material Technician - Waste Water / Sewage is based at a Waste Water Treatment plant near Pineham. Note this role will require travel to other waste water treatment plants in the area (circa 1-2 hours radius of Milton Keynes) so owning your transport is an essential criterion for this position.

The main responsibilities of this position will be:

1. Logging deliveries as they arrive - e.g. Company name, Vehicle registration
2. Conducting a visual inspection and collecting a sample of all deliveries (sewage)
3. Logging the data of the above tasks on the database

This role would suit anyone who isn't put off by working on a waste water treatment site and having to work with sewage.

To be suitable for the role you MUST HAVE:

1. Your own transport
2. Be able to work with sewage and on a waste water treatment plant
3. Ability to interact with customers relating to deliveries
4. Be able to accurately record and store data

This role offers flexible working between 7:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday where you will work 37 hours per week.

On offer is an hourly rate of £12.50 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience) for the duration of the contract along with paid travel to all sites except Pineham.

This role will start at the beginning of June and immediate interviews are available.
