Job summary

Solvit Recruitment are seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 ADR Driver for a full-time role in Bootle. The position includes regular Monday–Friday shifts with overtime after 40 hours and occasional weekend work. You will handle hazardous waste transport with full compliance and complete all documentation.

Initial weekly-pay arrangement applies with potential to move to permanent employment after the temp-to-perm period. Benefits include health insurance options and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• ADR knowledge and compliance experience.
• CPC and Tacho certified.
• No DR, DD, TT or IN10.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Deliver and collect loads on a curtainsider while ensuring load securement.
• Comply with all traffic laws and hazardous waste transport regulations.
• Complete all paperwork accurately.
