Job summary

Grundon Waste Management is seeking a proactive Operator to join our Hazardous Waste Services team in Knowl Hill. You will assist in processing clinical waste, operating plant and equipment, weighing throughput, and ensuring safe storage in designated areas. The role includes maintaining logs, reporting defects, and supporting routine maintenance.

Flexibility to work extra hours and training on weighbridge software will be provided. A full driving licence is essential for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Operate plant and equipment to process clinical waste.
• Maintain accurate checks and logs, reporting defects promptly.
• Assist with acceptance, handling and safe storage of waste.
• Keep the bin wash area clean and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment and follow company policies.

Responsibilities
