Job summary

Forrest Recruitment Ltd. in Haslingden is seeking a Temporary Administrator to support a large groundworks project on site. The role starts ASAP and runs ongoing, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.

The position is based on the construction site in Haslingden. You will book deliveries, upload inductions and training records, and upload drawings and RAMS for Project Managers and Engineers. You will also provide office support as needed and assist another client remotely with similar duties.

Qualifications

• Must have strong planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy site office.
• Confident with Microsoft Excel and basic IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Book deliveries to site and manage delivery confirmations.
• Upload inductions and training records to the system.
• Upload drawings and RAMS for Project Managers, Work Managers and Engineers.
• Provide general on-site and remote admin support as required.
• Assist the team with additional office duties as needed.
