Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of the UK's best workplaces as measured by the Great Place to Work Institute. Based at our Cranswick site, we are currently recruiting temporary harvest workers to join us on a full-time basis during the harvest season (July to September/October). The successful individual will coordinate and deliver high standards of production, quality, and customer service across grain storage and handling, fostering a positive work culture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to lorry drivers and farmers visiting the site
• Taking seed samples from lorries
• Performing basic laboratory analysis of seed intake samples
• Performing basic laboratory analysis of inline production samples
• Assisting with seed analysis
• Assisting with general yard management
• Maintaining records and general administration
• Cleaning and maintaining operational areas

Skills and Experience:
