Job summary

Confidential near Newark, Nottinghamshire is seeking a Production Planning Administrator to support harvest planning and data management. You will ensure accurate harvest, yield, quality and stock information, acting as a vital link between field operations, factory teams, growers and commercial stakeholders.

The role involves preparing harvest plans, monitoring crop performance both in the field and at the factory, analyzing data and providing feedback to growers and lifting teams.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant IT systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date harvest, yield, quality and stock information to support crop planning, harvesting operations and overall factory performance.
• Act as a key link between field operations, factory teams, growers and commercial stakeholders, ensuring planning data is reliable, current and communicated effectively.
• Prepare and maintain harvest plans, monitor in-field and factory crop performance, analyse operational data and provide feedback to growers and lifting teams.
• Ensure accurate records are maintained to support crop traceability, quality assurance and compliance requirements.
