Job summary

Milk Education in Hartlepool is seeking a Creative Learning Assistant to join a welcoming primary school. You will support imaginative activities in classrooms, helping pupils engage with art, drama, music, storytelling and crafts, while supporting teachers to bring lessons to life.

You will work with individuals and small groups, encourage confidence, and help develop literacy through creative tasks. This is a full-time role in Hartlepool with flexible days, and Milk Education offers

Qualifications

• Creative and enthusiastic with ideas for engaging children.
• Experience working with children in education, childcare, youth work, arts, drama or sports is desirable.
• Graduate or aspiring teacher status is welcomed and encouraged.

Milk Education is looking for a Creative Learning Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Hartlepool.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves art, drama, music, storytelling, crafts, creative projects or simply finding fun ways to get children excited about learning.

You’ll support pupils in the classroom while helping teachers bring lessons and enrichment activities to life.

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
