Job summary

WithYou is seeking a Specialist Harm Reduction Worker in Fife on a fixed term basis for 12 months. You will deliver harm reduction interventions, structured one to one work, outreach harm reduction and multi agency liaison with partners, developing Harm Minimisation activities in a community setting.

You will manage an active caseload, engage with clients respectfully and build trusted relationships. Role requires evenings/weekends and a flexible approach to support other With You locations as

Qualifications

• Experience in health, social care, criminal justice or related settings.
• Knowledge of delivering evidence-based interventions.
• Experience delivering group work in outreach/community settings.
• Knowledge of health and safety, including risk assessments.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Resilience under pressure and ability to prioritise workload.
• Comfortable using IT and digital media.
• Flexible with working hours; willing to support other locations.
• Driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide harm reduction interventions and one-to-one work.
• Deliver outreach harm reduction and multi-agency liaison.
• Contribute to development of Harm Minimisation interventions in community settings.
• Manage an active caseload and ensure compassionate, respectful care.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure continuity of care and effective service delivery.
