WithYou is seeking a Specialist Harm Reduction Worker in Fife on a permanent basis. You will deliver harm reduction interventions, provide one-to-one support, and coordinate care within a community setting to help clients reduce harm and access services.

The role requires empathy, strong relationship-building, and the ability to work flexibly, including evenings/weekends. Starting salary is £26,250 per year, rising to £30,900 with pay progression; apply by emailing

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting.
• Knowledge and understanding of delivering evidence-based interventions.
• Experience delivering group work, specifically in outreach and community settings.
• Knowledge of health and safety, including assessing clients in high-risk situations.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Resilient under pressure and able to prioritise your work.
• Comfortable using IT and digital media.
• Flexible with working hours and able to support other WithYou locations when needed.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for harm reduction interventions and structured one-to-one work.
• Deliver outreach harm reduction activities and multi-agency liaison.
• Manage an active caseload and provide continuity of care with clients.
• Work collaboratively within the service to ensure high-quality support.
• Develop Harm Minimisation interventions in a community setting.
