Job summary

Graphcore invites students to a 12-week summer internship, offering hands-on experience on real projects and exposure to cutting-edge AI compute hardware. You’ll tackle challenging problems with a supportive team, building skills and confidence while connecting studies to board design, bring-up, validation and measurement.

You’ll work with tools like Mentor Expedition, Ansys HFSS and Keysight ADS, and have access to learning resources; potential grad programme opportunities may arise upon

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards a degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics or a closely related technical discipline.
• Strong electrical and electronic engineering foundations with interest in hardware design or signal integrity.
• Ability to explain conclusions clearly from measurements and data, with curiosity and collaboration.
• UK work rights for the full duration of the programme; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Work on real board-level hardware projects and bring-up activities.
• Analyse hardware performance, signals and measurements to shape designs.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team on problems from first principles.
• Document findings and learn to present evidence clearly.
