Job summary

Liqid Inc. is seeking a Program Management Technical Specialist to coordinate hardware, firmware, and software projects across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners.

You will help keep milestones, requirements, and deliverables aligned in a fast-paced hardware/software environment. The role suits someone who thrives on organization, clear communication, and wants to deepen expertise in integrated hardware and software program management, working with ODMs and contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of hardware/software project coordination experience.
• Familiar with hardware development: design, prototyping, testing, manufacture.
• Understanding of Agile, sprint planning, release coordination.
• Experience coordinating with contract manufacturers or OEMs.
• Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Arena, MS Project, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and tracking for hardware, firmware, and software development.
• Lifecycle support: documentation, requirements updates, milestone tracking.
• Cross-functional alignment between hardware and software teams.
• CM & ODM support: track build schedules and partner communications.
• Risk & issue tracking; elevate to program leadership as needed.
• Budget & resource tracking; assist with vendor documentation.
• Quality coordination: track test results and release readiness.
• Reporting: prepare status updates and project documentation for stakeholders.
