As a Hardware Projects Engineer, you will conduct quality tests, benchmark performance, and design future hardware platforms for the Darktrace Cyber Intelligence Platform (DCIP). Working closely with our development and QA departments, you will ensure the stability, reliability, and efficiency of our hardware platform. Your responsibilities will include:
You will also support the deployment of our physical server platform to our growing customer base, developing an understanding of enterprise-grade server equipment and Linux server back-end scripting.
Please note this is an office-based role requiring 5 days a week in the Cambridge office.
The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in server components, networking, and troubleshooting, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Hands-on experience with Linux, scripting, and technical project management tools like GitLab is beneficial. Experience with the following is advantageous:
