Expleo is seeking an experienced Hardware Engineering Delivery Manager for our engineering teams in Reading or Glasgow. You will lead hardware work packages for defence and aerospace projects, ensuring technical standards, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage priorities, report progress to customers and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering delivery management or project management within hardware environments.
• Background in hardware/electronics engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time, within budget and to standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of hardware work packages, ensuring milestones, budgets and quality.
• Coordinate hardware engineering teams for planning, resource allocation, and delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks/dependencies and implement mitigations.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical leads and other disciplines to enable delivery.
• Provide updates to customers and stakeholders on progress and performance.
• Support changes in scope and requirements while maintaining control over delivery.
