Qualifications

• Experience supporting new product introduction and production readiness activities.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and QA.
• Knowledge of change control and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for production and test teams.
• Lead fault-finding investigations and support root cause analysis.
• Work alongside Production Engineers to ensure design maturity.
