A UK manufacturing firm in Fordingbridge is seeking a Production Engineer to support various manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include providing technical support, maintaining documentation, and assisting with process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong electronics background, basic assembly skills, and experience with CAD software. Competenze

• Knowledge of electronics is essential, with the ability to read circuit diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Experience using CAD software is preferred.
• Computer literacy is required, especially with MS Office.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to minimize downtime and resolve non-conformances.
• Create and maintain build documentation and work instructions.
• Design tooling and improve processes supporting Lean initiatives.

Conoscenze

Knowledge of electronics at component level

Experience in electronic manufacturing & PCBA processes

Basic test and fault-finding skills

Strong communication skills

Proactive and professional attitude

Formazione

BTEC Level 3/4, HNC or equivalent

HND or Foundation Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering
