Job summary

PE Global is recruiting a Hardware Electronics Engineer (Production) for a 12‑month contract in Cambourne. The role is hybrid with a minimum of 4 days on‑site each week, working with R&D, CMOs, manufacturers and suppliers to drive multidisciplinary product development from NPI to production.

The candidate will lead HW changes, DFx/NPI, and reliability testing, collaborating across global teams to ensure quality, reliability and compliance, including RF and testing methodologies.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or similar.
• Deep understanding of electronic design and DFM.
• 5+ years of global compliance/regulations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HW changes on new and legacy products (EOL, layout updates).
• Lead DFx and NPI procedures for new products.
• Lead failure analysis and reliability testing on critical aspects.
