Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-quality landscaping and groundwork projects.
• Strong practical skills across landscape construction tasks.
• Good understanding of site health & safety practices.
• Physically fit for demanding manual work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of hard and soft landscaping to a high standard.
• Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and within project deadlines.
• Undertake paving, block work, brick laying, and sub-base preparation.
• Operate machinery and tools competently and safely.
• Manage personal workload and daily on-site productivity.
• Maintain site cleanliness and health & safety standards.
