The position involves managing budgets, coordinating contractors, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance and safety across all locations.
This role is responsible for managing an 11-school contract, comprising 2 secondary schools and 9 primary schools. The portfolio includes sites across the region, with 4 schools located in North York shire, requiring regular travel between sites to ensure operational oversight, compliance, and service excellence. The successful candidate will lead the site teams across all locations, maintain regulatory and quality standards (including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001), ensure value delivery to clients, and drive continuous operational improvement across the contract.
