Job summary

Additional Resources Ltd is seeking a Hard Landscaper to join a landscape construction company delivering domestic and commercial projects, including hard landscaping, earthworks and environmental works.

You will carry out high-quality hard landscaping on site, either independently or as part of a small team, with a focus on accuracy, safety and finishing quality. A UK driving licence and practical experience are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of landscaping experience.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and set levels accurately.
• Experience operating plant and machinery.
• Strong eye for detail and pride in quality finishes.
• Good awareness of health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete hard landscaping works to the required standard and specification.
• Set out work accurately from drawings and specifications.
• Read technical drawings and set levels correctly.
• Carry out paving, brickwork, foundations and small retaining wall work.
• Operate landscaping machinery and plant, including excavators.
• Collaborate with team leaders, project managers and other trades on site.
• Raise site issues or concerns promptly.
• Follow company procedures and health and safety standards.
• Complete weekly timesheets accurately.
