Additional Resources Ltd. is seeking a Hard Landscaper to join our landscape construction team in the Essex area. You will handle high-quality hard landscaping tasks on domestic and commercial projects, independently or within a small crew, and contribute to earthworks and environmental works.

The role involves reading drawings, setting out from specifications, and using paving, brickwork, and machinery. A full UK driving licence and 2–3 years of experience are expected, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• 2–3 years landscaping experience.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and set levels.
• Experience operating plant and machinery.
• Good eye for detail and pride in quality finishes.

Responsibilities

• Completing hard landscaping works to the required standard and specification.
• Setting out work from drawings and specifications.
• Reading technical drawings and setting levels correctly.
• Carrying out paving, brickwork, foundations and small retaining walls.
• Using landscaping machinery and plant, including excavators.
• Working with team leaders, project managers and other trades on site.
• Raising site issues promptly.
• Following health and safety procedures and maintaining records.
