Lead Consultant - Engineering & Manufacturing

Hard FM Contract Manager

Birmingham

Up to £66,000 per annum plus car/car allowance

Our client, a national FM service provider with a growing industry presence, is seeking a Contract Manager with experience managing PFI contracts in a healthcare setting.

This role is ideal for a technically skilled Contract Manager capable of overseeing all aspects of the contract, managing engineers, help desk, service delivery staff, and maintaining client relationships. The candidate should work well under pressure and enhance existing systems and processes.

Main duties include (but are not limited to):

1. Managing daily operations of electrical, mechanical, fabric, and building maintenance (hard FM), including specialist subcontractor services, hard landscaping, asset condition surveys, and lifecycle and variation delivery.
2. Overseeing project P&L, budgeting, financial planning, and cost control; ensuring management accountants are informed of issues and variances.
3. Providing technical advice and support to your team regarding building services maintenance.
4. Managing subcontractors and service providers through regular reviews, ensuring contract compliance, client satisfaction, and budget adherence.
5. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and other regulatory standards.

This is a permanent position offering a salary of up to £66,000 per year (dependent on experience), along with a car/car allowance and pension scheme.
