Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Handyperson for an ongoing temporary role in Sittingbourne. You will work on-site under supervision, handle woodwork, metal work, and snagging tasks, with a focus on external carpentry and practical trades.

The ideal candidate holds a valid CSCS card, owns hand and power tools, and demonstrates strong written and verbal communication. This position offers ongoing work with a reputable regional contractor in the Education and Care sector.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid CSCS card.
• Own a selection of hand tools and power tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the general building sector.

Responsibilities

• Working under the supervision and management of the Project Manager, Site Manager.
• Receiving job lists including but not limited to mainly woodwork, metal work and minor snagging works.
• Main experience in external carpentry will be required.
• Checking drawings and setting out works to be completed.
• Handing back snag sheets each day to show works completed.

The role:

As the Handyperson / Multi-Trader on the project you will be responsible for:
