You are customer-focused, flexible, and genuinely respectful of older people’s rights and independence. An excellent communicator and listener, you should have skills in building maintenance, including repairs to doors and windows, fitting locks, shelves, miscellaneous carpentry work, minor plumbing repairs, and redecorations.
