This role involves various maintenance tasks including PPM checks, minor repairs, and relationship building with clients. Initially temporary, it may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate, with a standard 40-hour workweek.

My client who are an exciting Facilities Management company are looking for a Handyperson to work on a large commercial building in Cramlington. They are looking for an experienced Handyperson who has ideally worked in a previous maintenance role and has PPM experience. The role will involve basic maintenance tasks around site. This is a great opportunity with the opportunity to progress.
Although initially temporary this could lead to permanent for the right candidate.
This role is working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. Standard hours are 8.30am - 5pm.
Daily responsibilities will include:
Planned and preventative maintenance
Looking after the fabric of the building including:
Minor Joinery
Minor plastering
Painting (touching up)
PPM checks, water flushing, fire extinguishers etc
Carrying out work safely and efficiently
Building relationships with client and contractors on site

Experienced Handyperson
PPM experience
Multi Skilled
Reliable and can work as a team
