Job summary

Quanta Contracts Ltd is sourcing a handyperson for a CB1 site. The role requires a CSCS card and own tools to complete on-site tasks, with duties including roof outlet cuts and handrail replacements.

The assignment runs for two weeks with potential extension, starting Thursday 20th August, with hours from 7:30 to 5 and a pay rate around £21.86 umbrella ( CIS not accepted ).

Qualifications

• CSCS card required and must have tools to perform duties.
• Must have own tools to carry out the listed tasks.
• CSCS is required for access to the site.

Responsibilities

• Seal end grain with sealant (T2, T1).
• Cut out T3 roof outlets.
• Cut out T4 roof outlets.
• Cut out for lightning cable (T3).
• Cut out for lightning cable (T4).
• Swap lift shaft and stairwell handrail for 6by2.
