Job summary

A leading company is seeking a Handyman/Building Fabric Engineer for a three-month contract in Stockton-on-Tees. You will perform essential maintenance tasks and manage subcontractors on a large manufacturing site. This role requires attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly emergency lighting flick tests across the site.
• Manage all subcontractors arriving on site, including contractor monitoring.
• Complete reactive maintenance works across the site as logged via helpdesk.
• Support Contract Support with quotes for additional works.
• Attend daily morning meetings with the Customer to provide updates.

Job description
