Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance, repairs and patch painting.
• Basic electrical and plumbing work, including taps and TMVs.
• Ceiling tile replacements and general repairs.
• Responding to maintenance/helpline requests.
• Installing items such as desks and noticeboards.
• Supporting with fire alarm systems.
• Escorting contractors around site.
