Handyman
Salary £26,000 Per Annum

Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm

gap technical are proud to be representing this global manufacturing business in their search for a Handyman to work at their facility based near Sefton
Performance Objectives

• Painting and decorating inside and outside of the buildings.
• Plumbing duties as required in toilets, wash stations and showers.
• Internal and External maintenance and repair work
• Flooring issues and painting floors
• General cleaning in and around the site
• Sweeping and jet washing the yards including the Loading Bays and car park
• Rectify pest control issues
• Clearing and cleaning of the low risk sealed area (Red Floor) including walls, floors and surfaces
• Clearing of weeds and debris around the perimeter of the building
• Assisting with moving machinery, furniture and/or stores around the factory
• External lighting and signage maintenance
• Ensure any security concerns are flagged and rectified
• Carry out any external health and safety actions
• Gritting and snow/ice removal in winter
• Other reasonable tasks as agreed with the Engineering Manager
