Job summary

Bluelink Global Holdings LTD is hiring a reliable Handyman in Manchester for day-to-day repairs and small improvements across residential and light commercial properties. The role offers a full-time position with a salary of £28,000–£34,000 per annum and a van, fuel card, phone and toolkit.

You will handle reactive and planned maintenance tasks, support voids/airbnb turnovers with cleaning teams, and maintain a professional presence on every visit.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-skilled maintenance / handyman experience.
• Competent in basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating.
• UK driving licence and clean, customer-friendly manner.
• CSCS card — advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Complete reactive and planned maintenance tickets to SLA.
• Carry out basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating touch-ups and fixtures.
• Prepare voids and Airbnb turnovers alongside cleaning teams.
• Photograph completed works and update the job system.
• Escalate complex trade issues promptly.
• Keep the van stocked and present Bluelink professionally on every visit.

About the role
