Job summary

Bluelink is hiring a reliable Handyman to handle day-to-day repairs, tenant turnaround tasks and small improvement works across residential and light commercial properties in Manchester and Greater Manchester.

You will complete reactive and planned maintenance tickets to SLA, carry out basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating, prepare voids and Airbnb turnovers with cleaning teams, photograph completed works and keep the van stocked. DBS preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-skilled maintenance / handyman experience.
• Competent in basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating.
• UK driving licence and a customer-friendly manner, with DBS preferred for residential access.

Responsibilities

• Complete reactive and planned maintenance tickets to SLA.
• Carry out basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating tasks.
• Prepare voids and Airbnb turnovers alongside cleaning teams.
• Photograph completed works and update the job system.
• Escalate complex trade issues promptly and keep the van stocked.
