Job summary

ITS Building People is seeking a Handyman for a temporary project in Brighton, East Sussex. The role requires CSCS and own tools, with a daily rate of £180–£185 and immediate start. Work is Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:00, with potential overtime and a 4-week duration.

Own transport is preferred and site liaison will be with the site manager. Applicants should be prepared for physical manual labour and have the relevant experience.

Job description:

Handyman required for a highly regarded regional developer that specialises in commercial projects. ITS Building people are looking for an experienced and hardworking Handyman to assist our client with a project based in Brighton , East Sussex. Own transport is preferred.

This contract will be Monday to Friday and there may be an option to work overtime.

Additional training and a full time contract may be provided for the right candidates.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Strip of existing Doors
• Liaising with site manager

Requirements for the role

• A valid CSCS card
• The ability to perform physical manual labour
• You should have your own high vis jacket or vest, gloves and hard hat. These can be provided by ITS Building People for a small fee.
• Own tools are required

There may be opportunities to acquire additional qualifications with this role on Health and Safety, machinery and traffic management
