Job summary

ITS Building People are seeking an experienced Labourer for a regional developer. Based in Brighton, East Sussex, you will assist the on-site team with general labouring, site clearance and materials movement. Own transport preferred.

The role is temporary, Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:00 with possible overtime. Valid CSCS card and references on request are required. You should be able to perform physical manual labour, bring high-visibility clothing, gloves and hard hat (provided by ITS Building

Job description:

Experienced Labourer required for a upcoming regional developer. ITS Building people are looking for an experienced and hardworking labourer to assist our client with a project based in Brighton, East Sussex . Own transport is preferred.

This contract will be Monday to Friday and there may be an option to work overtime.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• General labouring, site clearance and general tidying
• Moving materials
• Assisting with deliveries if required
• May need to assist with trades on site (training will be provided if necessary)
• Assisting the site management team

Requirements for the role

• A valid CSCS card
• References upon request
• The ability to perform physical manual labour
• You should have your own high vis jacket or vest, gloves and hard hat. These can be provided by ITS Building People for a small fee.

Training/Progression opportunities:

• There may be opportunities to acquire additional qualifications with this role on Health and Safety, machinery and traffic management

Rates of Pay:

• Where a range of rate of pay is quoted the level of experience, qualifications & related training required is the minimum required in order to qualify for the lowest rate of pay quoted.
