Job summary

Skilled Careers is seeking reliable Handymen for immediate work across multiple sites in the Canterbury area. This freelance/temporary role offers immediate start and weekly pay, with overtime potential and the possibility of long-term assignments.

You will carry out general repairs, carpentry, painting and decorating, door and fixture maintenance, and support site teams while maintaining a safe, tidy working environment. A CSCS card and your own hand tools are essential.

Qualifications

• CSCS card and own hand tools required.
• Previous handyman or maintenance experience.
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general repairs, maintenance and handyman tasks.
• Completing basic carpentry, painting and decorating work.
• Repairing and replacing door handles, locks and other fixtures.
• Supporting site teams with a variety of maintenance and repair jobs.
• Maintaining a safe, tidy and professional working environment.
