Job summary

Randstad CPE Reading is recruiting handymen for immediate starts on local new-build housing sites across Bracknell, Aldershot and Deepcut. You will perform touch-up painting, mastic sealing, hinge adjustments and minor drywall or tile fixes, with a strong focus on customer-facing maintenance in completed plots.

You MUST have your own van and a full set of hand and power tools, plus an active CSCS card and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Own van and full set of hand/power tools required.
• CSCS card and valid UK driving licence required.
• Experience in post-construction maintenance and snagging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Touch-up painting, mastic sealing, hinge adjustments, minor drywall/tile fixes.
• Customer-facing maintenance work in completed plots.
• Use own van and toolkit to access sites and carry out tasks.
• Ensure workmanship meets quality standards on each site.
