Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the operation, ensuring jobs are completed and shipped without shortages.
• Work with the Production Manager to meet production targets, quality standards and customer requirements.
• Manage workflow against the production schedule and flag delays or issues early.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with Purchasing to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Ensure production records, quality checks and related documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement and high standards.
