Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is partnering with a client to recruit a Warehouse Project Manager for a brand-new warehouse facility in Peterborough. This on-site, hands-on role is an FTC 3-6 months with a salary up to £50,000 and 35 hours per week.

You will lead the project from planning and fit-out through to operational readiness and go-live. You will manage timelines, budgets, dependencies and stakeholder engagement, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition into the new site.

Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse, logistics or industrial projects.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Comfort on-site, hands-on approach and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project to develop and launch the new warehouse facility.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and external partners throughout build and fit-out.
• Manage timelines, budgets, milestones and dependencies.
• Ensure H&S and compliance are embedded throughout the project.
• Plan transition from existing operation to the new facility and go-live.
• Develop SOPs and processes for the new site.
• Support recruitment, training and team readiness.
• Act as link between business, contractors and operational teams.
