Job summary

BramahHR Ltd is seeking a practical Warehouse Operative to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis in Wokingham. You will handle goods in/out, stock control, and support deliveries and collections. This hands-on role requires accuracy, organisation, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment with goods in/goods out processes.
• Experience using a stock management or inventory control system.
• Good practical and mechanical aptitude for equipment assembly/ preparation.
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet timescales.
• Organised and able to manage a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Process goods received and goods dispatched accurately.
• Maintain stock control using a stock management system.
• Coordinate deliveries with transport companies and arrange customer collections.
• Record and process customer returns accurately.
• Raise workshop calls as required.
• Assist with loading/unloading of vehicles.
• Carry out pre-delivery inspections of equipment.
• Prepare equipment for on-site installation when needed.
• Ensure warehouse operations are safe and compliant with procedures.
