Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our busy team. This varied role covers picking and packing, loading and unloading deliveries, moving stock, and preparing orders for dispatch while following health and safety procedures.

Flatpack assembly experience or strong practical ability is welcome, with opportunities to take on build and assembly tasks alongside core warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Physically fit and hands-on.
• Able to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Experience in a warehouse or with flatpack assembly is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing goods accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Moving stock around the warehouse safely.
• Preparing orders for dispatch.
• Checking goods and maintaining accurate stock.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
• Building and assembling flatpack furniture/products when needed.
• Using basic hand tools to assemble flatpack items.
• Checking completed assemblies to ensure they meet the required standard.
